Which Steam version should you look for?

The playable Demo has app ID 4349200. The main game listing has app ID 4348910 and currently gives October 28, 2026 as its planned release date. These are separate store entries. Check which one a guide or video discusses before following its opening choices or progression advice.

What changed for the Demo?

The Demo page gives a short comparison with the earlier Playtest. Water Merchant now starts with testing and purification equipment, the Toolbox is included, and the Bottle Printer and Vacuum Robot can be upgraded. Treat that as a confirmed change list, not a complete inventory of every difference between builds.

Why do some pages list more starting professions?

The Demo’s explicit content list says three starting scenarios plus hardcore mode. The same store page also contains broader promotional text naming several professions. That general description does not establish that every named profession is selectable in the Demo. The dedicated Demo Content section is the more specific statement.

The extracted game data contains additional scenario names and descriptions. Their presence also does not prove that the current menu exposes them. Our starting-scenario comparison separates a description found in the data from an available opening.

Does this page guarantee save transfer or full-game availability?

No. This comparison does not establish a full-game save-transfer policy or promise that a particular old save loads without problems. A feature advertised for the full release is not proof of its implementation in the Demo. Check the announcement for the exact release you are moving to before replacing a save.
